BELL is an experiment and a public randomness beacon. $BELL is a memecoin with no promise of value. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

BELL publishes random numbers. It doesn’t run raffles, lotteries, games of chance or any gambling, and it takes no stakes. Apps that read the beacon are responsible for how they use it.

Signing in asks your wallet to sign a plain text message. BELL never asks you to sign a transaction and never touches your funds.

BELL is not affiliated with or endorsed by IBM, the University of Colorado, NIST, the drand League of Entropy, Solana or anyone else named on the site. “IBM Quantum” names the hardware we use.

The service is provided as is. Experiments can fail, hardware can be unavailable, and simulated batches are labelled as such.
